Ultrasonic Flaw Detector

Ultraviolet Light Meter - Black Light
Ultraviolet light meter- 365 nm wavelength emission check and the UV light intensity. The florescence inspection requires certain amount of the Ultraviolet light emission and UV light is used for checking the output. Also we measure the output of any UV lights used for the Florescence purpose in the inspection industries.
Film Densitometer
Optical Film Densitometer check used for the Radiographic film interpretation. Radiography films are extensively used for inspection purpose and the density plays important role in defect detection.The proper density display check done on the standard film densitometer traceable to the national standards.

ULTRAVIOLET UV C -254 nm
The UV lamp emits visible light, but also ultraviolet (UVC and UVB) wavelengths around 254 nm, which are used to detect fluorescence in laboratory applications such as chromatography, microbiology or other areas. In contrary to lamps with wavelength filters and very narrow spectrum, this lamp has a broader spectrum for quick analyses or screening purposes. Additionally a small flash lamp is built in, allowing orientation in dark rooms. Commonly used in the Glass manufactuing industries.
Gauss Meter
The modern version of the Gauss Magnetometer is known as a Gauss Meter. A Gauss Meter can measure the direction and the intensity of small (relatively) magnetic fields. For larger magnetic fields, a Tesla Meter, is used, which is similar, but it measures in larger Tesla units. A Gauss Meter comprises a gauss probe/sensor, the meter and a cable connecting both. The Gauss Meter works on the basis of the Hall effect discovered in 1879 by Edwin Hall. We do the Calibration services for the Guass meters and any kind of component gauss value determination .

Welding Equipments
Welding machines are connected to a calibration station to inspect the actual voltage, amperage, and wire feed speed. It’s also possible to establish the welding current source's gas flow rate.
The resulting numbers are analysed and obtained for your welding equipment and compares them to the standard requirements to find any inconsistencies.
Typically every 12 months for standard grade equipment and every 6 months for precision grade equipment.
Thermal Imager
For every field of application – in maintenance, production, power generation and transmission or for taking thermal images of buildings – perfectly matching professional thermal imager are required . Thermal imagers are used to discover thermal anomalies during electrical or mechanical maintenance or analyze thermal processes during research & development or during production QA: thermography is indispensable when it comes to non-contact detection of thermal differences.
