NDT CALIBRATION SERVICES

Ultrasonic Flaw Detector

Linearity check for the Ultrasonic Flaw Detector – Horizontal Linearity , Amplitude Control Linearity and Vertical Linearity.

Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge

The accuracy and reliability of any Thickness gauge lies on the proper functioning of the equipment and the timely proper calibration.

Magnetic Particle Yoke

The lifting capacity of the Electormagnetic Yoke with AC and DC current is verified to ensure that sufficient amount of Magnetic Flux is generated from the equipment.

BENCH TYPE MACHINE

Bench type Magnetic Particle Testing machine with Head shot method, Coil shot method and Central conductor method for different types of magnetization. 

 LUX METER CALIBRATION 

The ambient light plays an important role for Visual testing , Liquid Penetrant Testing and Magnetic Particle Testing. Lux meter calibration needs to be done as per the standard.

UV LIGHT METER CALIBRATION 

Ultraviolet light having wavelength of 365 nm is required for proper fluorescence of the indications of Liquid Penetrant testing and Magnetic Particle Testing.
